During my career in the real estate industry,
I have obtained a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser's license, a
General Building Contractor's license and Real Estate Sales Agent's
license. I also held the
SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) designation awarded by the Appraisal
Institute from July 16, 1993
to December 31,2004. Over the past 21 years, I have appraised
numerous types of residential properties, manufactured homes, vacant
parcels, rural properties, small to medium-sized income producing
properties and properties appraised for condemnation purposes
as well. My background in the construction and appraisal industry
also entailed employment in several different states. During my
career as an appraiser, I've found that my General Contractor and Real
Estate Sales knowledge have complimented my current profession well.
