Planning One of the newest golf course communities in the foothills has plans for just over 220 large-area lots (1/3 to 6.5 acres), with great views of the golf course, the surrounding foothills, and Lake of the Pines. (See the planning layout) The surrounding foothills rolls with various species of oak and pine trees and native shrubs and wildflowers.
